WOW Air Offering Two Irish People €10,000 Each To Travel Around The World This Summer

Everyone in the office was saying ‘wow’ when we came across this and not just because of the airline.

We were going to ask you if you fancied spending your summer flying yourself all around the world while reviewing the best restaurants and nightlife across the planet all while returning back to HQ in a beautiful Icelandic location.

And then we thought to ourselves, that’s a stupid fecking question.

OF COURSE YOU DO. 

Low-cost airline, WOW air is looking for two Irish ‘Travel Guides’ that will fly from Reykjavík to the airline’s 38 destinations including New York, LA, Berlin, Milan and Amsterdam from June 1 to August 15.

You’ll be creating blogs, taking videos and photos and rate the best food, hospitality and nightlife they find.

Some of these things you probably do on most holidays anyway!

Both successful candidates will be paid around €3,700 a month and AIR will cover your apartment costs as well as your hotels and flights.

Here’s what you have to do to get this dream job. 

You need to be aged 18 or above to enter, and you need to film a short travel guide (30 seconds to two minutes in length) of your hometown.

So whether you’re from Dublin, Donegal or the Déise, all 32 counties are welcome to enter. 

You need to submit said video on the WOW air website here before May 14 and the winners will be announced just four days later.

“We’re looking for two best friends, a couple—even two strangers—to produce insightful, light-hearted content that fellow travellers and holidaymakers want to watch and read,” added Svanhvít Friðriksdóttir, WOW’s Director of Communications.

All content will be shared on WOW’s website and social channels which means as well as being pampered, you’re going to become a famous face too.
