Petition to get Taylor to change the lyrics to London Boy.

Not to get too dramatic right off the bat but when you're a musician or a creative of any type, receiving positive feedback and compliments on your work is crucial for your survival. And if the positive feedback and compliments are coming from Taylor Swift, all the better.

Tiernán Heffron is a Belfast-based singer songwriter who performs regularly at the Tipsy Bird bar in the city centre. Last week while he was playing away for the usual crowd, who walks in only T-Swizzy? According to a post from Tiernán on Insta, Taylor stayed for the entire three hour set, tipped him and asked where she could follow what he's up to. Not too bad an endorsement, when all's said and done.

Since Tiernán shared the pics of himself and Taylor he's been interviewed on radio shows across the UK and been asked to play with chart-topping musician Tom Grennan at his upcoming Belfast gig. In an emotional post on Facebook, Tiernan who also works as a special needs classroom assistant said:

I just want to say, today has been the most craziest day of my life and I’m sorry if I haven’t got back to you it’s nearly impossible to get back to everyone individually but I will. I honestly can’t thank everyone enough for the support and love I have received today.

We're excited to watch his star grow and grow!
