The Cork Baking and Chocolate Weekend gets underway today.
The three-day event returns to the Cork International Hotel this weekend, kicking off with the annual cocoa-themed dinner on Friday evening.
There will be a whole host of activities and demonstrations throughout the weekend, including the second Great Cork Bake Off.
The Great Cork Bake Off will see 15 carefully-selected finalists bake a ‘Showstopper’ cake and be judged by renowned chef, Paul Kelly, Executive Pastry Chef of the Merrion Hotel and Judge of the Great Irish Bake Off.
