These Are The Stage Times For Liam Gallagher’s Gig In Cork This Evening

James Fenton

Of the rake of gigs taking place in Ireland this summer, Liam Gallagher’s set at Irish Independent Park in Cork has to be among the most anticipated.

The former Oasis frontman has carried his famous swagger into his solo career and his debut album As You Were received critical acclaim upon its release in 2017.

On stage, the youngest Gallagher has been known to belt out some Oasis classic too, so his appeal isn’t just limited to those who follow his solo career. The venue is sure to be packed when Liam takes to the stage at 8.45pm and there will be another act on hand to get the crowd warmed up beforehand.

Scottish singer-songwriter Gerry Cinnamon will be bringing his own brand of indie rock to the venue from 7.45pm and with gates opening at 5pm, there’ll be plenty of time to get yourself a good spot.

As for the weather, it’s not looking too promising so it might be an idea to bring a Liam Gallagher-style Parka coat.
