Do you consider yourself a connoisseur of prosecco and all things bubbly? Well, this event in Cork will probably be of interest to you.
Following The Festival Of Prosecco that took place in the city back in May in association with Tindal Wine Merchants, Trigon Hotels has decided to host another one of their previously sold-out events this September.
On Saturday, September 21 between 8pm and 9.30pm, you’ll have the chance to head along to The Metropole Hotel, MacCurtain Street, Cork and learn all there is to know about prosecco: where it comes from, how it’s made and loads more.
And upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with a fabulous prosecco cocktail before going on to take part in an insightful prosecco masterclass.
Guests will then taste three different types of prosecco from the Perlage winery located in the Veneto region of Italy – the country’s first organic vineyard.
Each table will also be treated to delectable cicchetti as well as oysters.
