There’s a new coffee truck to try in Cork

Fiona Frawley

And a very Instagrammable one at that.

Fadó Coffee popped up in Douglas a couple of months ago and if you haven’t checked them out yet, consider this your sign to.

Seriously, how cute?

The beautifully decorated 1975 Peugeot van is currently set up outside St. Patrick’s Woollen Mills and is a must for any Cork based coffee lovers. In terms of coffee they’ve got Irish speciality roasters Badger and Dodo on the bar, for treats they’ve got you covered with a fab selection of pastries and cakes and of course, the all important puppacinos for your furry friends. We also spy a water bowl and some dog treats set up by the van – a lovely touch.

If your iced coffee obsession is one that continues long after summer, first of all, I see you. Second of all, you’ll be able to find what you need at Fadó. They’ve also got a cute little seating area for all your coffee morning and catch up needs.

Fadó are open 8:30-2:30 Wednesday to Saturday. A gorge local spot to flake out with a flattie and watch the world go by!
