A baby goat found himself on the roof of a house in Waterford over the weekend.
Waterford Animal Welfare came to the rescue after they received a number of calls about the little guy who was stuck on a roof in Passage East.

When they arrived, they borrowed ladders from a local builder and with the help of Gardaí, they managed to safely remove the kid goat from the roof.
He was given a quick check-up before being released back to his anxious mother.

The animal rescue service believe the baby goat fell off the side of a hill onto the roof.
