A Gin School Has Opened In Ireland – And We’re Absolutely Losing It

Yes, you read right. 

There is in fact a GIN SCHOOL OPEN AND FUNCTIONING in Ireland. And it’s less than an hour from Dublin! 

The lovely folk at Listoke Distillery & Gin School, County Louth, are answering all of our prayers in one fell swoop.

Gintastic!

The brand new, purpose-built artisan distillery opened just before Christmas, however is only welcoming students into past its dreamy school doors as of last week. The Listoke Distillery experience involves a tour of the grounds and the opportunity to distill your very own gin, which they then bottle, label and seal.
