New Center Parcs In Longford Is Taking Bookings For Its ‘Subtropical Swimming Paradise’ Resort

The long-awaited Center Parcs resort in Longford has announced that it’s now taking bookings for 2019.

The holiday village in Ballymahon, Co Longford is opening in summer 2019 but at the moment they’re taking bookings for November 4, 2019 onwards.

As construction is still underway, they’re holding off taking any bookings for the summer to guarantee that all stays can be accommodated.

Center Parcs Longford Forest has also just revealed that the resort will be opening Ireland’s largest waterpark called Subtropical Swimming Paradise, which will be heated to 29.5°C year-round.

The resort is set in 400 acres of woodland with 466 lodges accommodating up to 2,500 guests and there’s gonna be no shortage of activities to keep you entertained.

As well as the waterpark, there’s cafés and restaurants and over 100 outdoor and indoor activities including the likes of Aerial Adventure, Laser Combat, Cupcake Decorating and Willow Weaving.

It’s reported that the new holiday destination will provide 1,000 permanent jobs, with 750 temporary roles in construction.
