I love hunting down the best brunch spots in the country and filling my Instagram feed with foodie goodness.
My boyfriend and I travel around Ireland in his campervan in our spare time and a highlight of this is being able to stop off at these places.
Our next trip will be to Co. Clare, a favourite of ours and an annual tradition.
While he’s making sure the van is in check, I of course am planning our meals and this place in particular is something I’m very excited about.
