If you spent this morning’s commute
dreaming about winning the Lotto and quitting your job, we have good
news for you.

The National Lottery has announced
today that there are two unsuspecting Euromillions winners in Ireland
who only have a week or two left to claim their prize.

The first winning QuickPick ticket was
sold in Tesco at the Market Green Shopping Centre in Midleton, Cork on Friday May 6 and is now worth €381,863.

The lucky owner of the ticket clearly
has no idea that they’re set for a major windfall but must come
forward before Thursday August 4 to collect their prize.

The winning numbers are 32, 34, 40, 45 and 48, and the Lucky Star numbers are one and 10, so if you have a ticket in the back of your wallet, this might be a good time to check it.

There could also be one very happy punter heading to the Galway Races this week, as a second unclaimed Euromillions ticket was sold in the West on Wednesday April 27.

The winning QuickPick was bought at Tesco at the Galway Shopping Centre on the Headford Road and the prize must be claimed before 5.30pm this Thursday July 28.

If you think it might be you, sign the back of the ticket and contact the National Lottery Claims Team on 01 836 4444.

Now, if you’ll excuse us, we’ll be checking down the back of the couch…
