Flights Have Been Diverted After A Plane Went Off The Runway At Kerry Airport

Flights from Kerry Airport have been diverted after a single engine Aer Lingus airplane went off the runway this afternoon.

There was only a pilot and one passenger on board when the incident took place on the Dublin to Kerry flight and both were uninjured, according to RTE.ie.

The runway at the airport is temporarily closed and passengers for the 1.20pm flight from Kerry to Dublin will be transported by bus.
