The county has been revealed as the one with the biggest increase in house prices in Ireland since December 2016.

The average price of a house in Kilkenny has increased by 10.6% to €182,500 for a three-bed semi.

Next on the list was Offaly with 6.9% while Laois and Roscommon saw no increase in house prices since the turn of the year.
