Gardaí Appealing For Witnesses After Man Seriously Injured In Hit And Run

Gardaí in Limerick are appealing for witnesses after a hit and run in the early hours of this morning.

The incident, which occurred around 2.30am has left a man in his 20s in a serious condition at University Hospital Limerick.

According to the Limerick Leader, the man was walking on the Ballingarry Road, around a mile and a half outside Croom when he was hit.

Gardaí at Newcastle West are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
