One Of Ireland’s Most Stunning Hotels Appeared On The BBC Last Night

Regularly featuring on lists of Ireland’s most luxurious hotels, it’s no surprise that the beauty of Ashford Castle has spread beyond these shores.

Last night, the stunning location in Cong, Co. Mayo featured on the BBC’s Amazing Hotels: Life Behind the Lobby and viewers were given a sneak peak into life at the 800-year-old hotel. 

The clip below depicts the 350-acre estate as well as its five restaurants and luxury spa.

Ashford Castle was chosen by Rory McIlroy and Erica Stoll as the venue for their glitzy wedding last year and we can certainly see what swayed their decision.
