A trader at the West Waterford Festival of Food is said to be devastated after all her takings were stolen on Sunday.
The festival, which takes place in Dungarvan attracted large crowds over the weekend.
Fiona Falconer owns Wild About, a small artisan food company in Wexford and told WLR FM:
“Our two black bum bags were stolen from our van as we packed up.
“There were a two kids and a guy with a black hat and beard hanging around the van but we didn’t see anyone open the doors or disconnect and rob the bum bags. It was only when we got into the crew cab to drive away, we checked and the bags were gone.
The robbery is thought to have occurred between 5.30 and 6pm on Sunday. Anyone with information is asked to contact Dungarvan Garda Station on 058 48600.
