This Longford Café Is Serving ‘Mayo’ Lattes

Gallery Cafe in Longford have pledged their allegiance to the Mayo team and are serving these lattes in their honour.

I’m not sure how willing I would be to try one, it kinda looks like Matcha on the bottom, but what in God’s name is the redish/pink foam on top?

An interesting one, that’s for sure.
