A mega-rich Saudi Arabian group has agreed a €300m investment to develop the Michael Street Shopping Centre and the North Quays in Waterford.
Fawaz Alhokair Group is one of the leading groups of companies in Saudi Arabia where they have built 19 shopping, dining and entertainment malls in the Kingdom.
According to Beat 102-103, negotiations have been ongoing for the past six months and work is set to begin before the end of this year.
It’s hoped that a new Marks and Spencer will anchor the development.
