To work with chocolate as a pastry chef you used to need years of training to get to the very top of the business. Today however technology is about to make all that training redundant with the introduction of this 3D chocolate printer. You can print pretty much anything once you have the designs in CNC g-code files on a USB. This is version 2 of the machine and it makes us wonder if in the future chefs could be replaced by designers using machines. Yet another example of 3D printing starting to make it into the mainstream and have a real practical use.
