A bunch of legends are streaming every Reeling In The Years episode for charity this evening

Whenever Reeling In The Years gets around to covering 2020 it’s sure to be a busy one but for now, we’ll just have to make do with the old episodes.

Everyone’s favourite nostalgic programme is the perfect way to pass the time during these long evenings stuck at home and the great news is a bunch of legends are streaming every single episode throughout St. Patrick’s Day.

The @reelingdotjpg account was run by Colm Cahalane and it’s all in aid of Merchant’s Quay Ireland who offer services for those affected by homelessness and addiction in Ireland. Colm told Lovin that it all started when they raised €3,000 with a table quiz last week, saying: “We knew Reeling In The Years has the power to bring the nation together. With MQI needing the money now more than ever as our health system deals with the crisis and everyone scrambling for Paddy’s Day plans at home, we figured this was a way to get us all talking, celebrating, and doing a bit more good while we’re at it.”

Colm added that they have been streaming each episode since this morning and they are expecting to wrap up around midnight. At the time of writing, they have already raised €560 and if you would like to contribute you can do so via this link.
