On Claire Byrne Live last night, a Garda was spotted writing out a drink-driving summons – with a Guinness pen.

The segment was part of an investigation looking at Ireland’s district court system, after fewer than half of drink-driving prosecutions initiated by Gardai last year resulted in convictions.
Seriously, use a regular pen next time.
