When people hit the big 3-0, they tend to go all out.
I mean, it’s a big milestone saying goodbye to your twenties, right?
MMA fighter Conor McGregor has decided that for his birthday this year he’s going to get a life-size statue of himself.
The statue stands at 16 stone and is one of three being created by Lithuanian artist Aspencrow. He has been sculpting this piece for months on end.
Aspencrow recently shared the first shots of the statue on his Instagram page:
There are three different pieces to this piece, two of which will be displayed in London galleries and one which Conor will keep for himself.
The UFC star will be turning 30 on July 14.
To celebrate, the statue will be open to the public from that day until late September.
That’s one of the most extravagant birthday presents we’ve ever seen.
