Disney+ to launch in Ireland in March 2020

Sarah Finnan

The Disney equivalent to Netflix is soon to hit Irish shores.

We will have to wait another four months though.

While the US service is set to begin next Tuesday, November 12th, Irish fans won’t be able to use the popular streaming site until March 31st of next year.

The service will feature a whole range of different movies including the highly anticipated sequel to Hocus Pocus and a reboot of The Mighty Ducks.

Along with just about every other movie, TV show and cartoon Disney has ever made.

If you have three hours to spare, give this video a watch as it goes through basically everything coming to Disney+.

No price point has been announced for the service yet though it is likely to match the US cost, equally around €7 a month or €70 for annual subscription
