PIC: This Irish County Has A Special Type Of Cannabis Named After It

Darragh Berry

This Irish county was voted the soundest in the whole of Ireland last year but now it will be known for a different accolade entirely.

It’s the only county in Ireland to have a special type of cannabis named after it.

Yep, that’s right, you are able to get Donegal cannabis.

This sativa ‘high’ is known to be more energetic and uplifting and the description states that:

“With strains like East Coast Sour Diesel, OG Kush and Headband in its family tree, Donegal has quite the pedigree. Sativa-dominant, Donegal’s aroma has subtle hints of clover and pine.”

Donegal is “a variety of Chemdawg grown by Canadian LP Tweed. It is a sativa-dominant hybrid that is potent but will still allow you to maintain your typical routine.

“The flavors of Donegal are a mix of citrus and pungent diesel notes that give way to the heady effects that are first felt around the crown of your head and provide an uplifted mood and a rush of creativity.”

We mean, it may be good but would it be as Euphoric for a Donegal person as winning the All-Ireland against Mayo in 2012? Highly doubtful.
