Your Tuesday night movie menu has arrived!

Some nights, the channels really put out a good spread, with loads of different channels providing loads of different kinds of movies.

Tonight, unfortunately, is not one of those nights.

Cowboys & Aliens – FilmFour – 6.45pm

A spaceship arrives in Arizona, 1873, to take over the Earth, starting with the Wild West region. A posse of cowboys and natives are all that stand in their way. Stars Daniel Craig and Harrison Ford.

Shooter – FilmFour – 9pm

A marksman (Mark Wahlberg) living in exile is coaxed back into action after learning of a plot to kill the President. After being double crossed for the attempt and on the run, he sets out for the real killer and the truth.

Eagle Eye – FilmFour – 11.25pm

Jerry (Shia LaBeouf) and Rachel (Michelle Monaghan) are two strangers thrown together by a mysterious phone call from a woman they have never met. Threatening their lives and family, she pushes Jerry and Rachel into a series of increasingly dangerous situations, using the technology of everyday life to track and control their every move.

Ben-Hur – TCM – 12.55am

After a Jewish prince (Charlton Heston) is betrayed and sent into slavery by a Roman friend, he regains his freedom and comes back for revenge.

Let’s Be Cops – FilmFour – 1.40am

Two struggling pals (Jake Johnson and Damon Wayans Jnr.) dress as police officers for a costume party and become neighbourhood sensations. But when these newly-minted “heroes” get tangled in a real life web of mobsters and dirty detectives, they must put their fake badges on the line.
