Here are the line-ups for The Late Late Show and Graham Norton tonight

Rory Cashin

We’ve got a full night on the telly tonight!

No time to dilly dally, let us get right into it!

The Late Late Show – RTE One – 9.35pm

In a great bit of synergy, Graham Norton will be on Tubridy’s show tonight, thanks to the fact that Norton’s show is pre-recorded. He’ll be chatting about his new book and spending his summer down in West Cork.

Sharon Horgan – star of Catastrophe and Game Night – will be discussing her role in powerful upcoming Irish movie Herself.

Conor Ferguson, who was the husband of the late RTÉ News anchor Keelin Shanleywill be in studio to discuss her legacy, which will be followed by a special performance by Hothouse Flowers.

Both the former chief State pathologist Dr Marie Cassidy and the professor of Biochemistry at Trinity College Dublin Luke O’Neill will be on the show, the former to discuss some of the crimes she dealt with over the years in her position, and the latter discussing Ireland’s reaction and future with Covid-19.

And to top it all off, Gavin James will be performing his new single Boxes.

The Graham Norton Show – BBC One – 10.45pm

Dolly Parton! Icon! We don’t need discuss who she is any further than that, do we? No, we don’t.

Riz Ahmed (The Night Of, Venom, Rogue One) will be chatting about his role in new rock’n’roll drama Sound of Metal.

They’ll both be via web-chat, but actor Rupert Everett and comedians Lolly Adefope and Sara Pascoe will be in studio with Graham, but not on the infamous couch. Instead they’ll be on individually spaced out chairs, maintaining social distance, just like the much-reduced audience.

And finally, Irish legend Róisín Murphy will be performing the single Murphy’s Law from her just-released new album Roisin Machine.
