If You’ve Ever Wondered What It’s Like To Win The Lotto Tonight’s RTÉ Documentary Should Give You An Insight

Winning the Lotto is something that most of us have dreamt of at one point or another but the chances of us actually being successful are fairly slim.

Still, sometimes it’s nice to imagine what we’d blow all that cash on if we did get lucky one day. Imagining is about as far as most of us will ever get, except of course for a lucky few who have managed to pick out the lucky numbers.

These fortunate, or unfortunate in some cases, people are the subject of an interesting-looking RTÉ documentary tonight called We Won The Lotto. In part one of a two-part series we’ll see how winning the Lotto has changed the lives of people here in Ireland over the past 30 years. You can get a sneak peak in the trailer below which features Lotto winner Billy explaining how he was inundated with donation requests after his big win.

We Won The Lotto gets underway on RTÉ 2 at 9.35pm this evening.
