When the temperature goes up, you often hear the phrase “it’s so hot you could fry an egg.”
Well, now we have video evidence that it’s actually possible. Donegal chef Martin Anderson took a frying pan outside his restaurant Sonder in Letterkenny, cracked a couple of eggs into it, and sure enough they were ready to be eaten in seconds.
