Gavin James has taken to Twitter to say that he is happy to give a shout-out to any fans who may need a little pick-me-up at this time.
Saying that he’s been getting a lot of messages to do shoutouts, Gavin James posted a video on Twitter asking people to put their requests out in the comments using the hashtag ‘boxesshoutout’.
Very sound of him in fairness.
“If you want me to shoutout to anybody that you love – your brother, your sister, your girlfriend, your boyfriend, your wife, your husband, anybody… your granny, everybody. Whether it’s a birthday or someone who needs a pick-me-up, hit me up below.”

The singer has already proven himself to be very charitable while in lockdown holding a live-stream performance in his house and appearing on The Late Late Show in aid of Alone. Fans were wowed by the Dublin man’s impressive vocals, labelling him “arguably the best Irish singer out there at the minute”. An ambassador for the charity, Gavin put his talent to good use raisin close to €200k (over €160,000) in donations.
