There’s A Special Edition Late Late Show Tonight That’s Not To Be Missed

Darragh Berry

This is the ideal way to round up a day of soaking up the sunshine.

The Late Late Show is airing a special edition tonight that will honour some of the country’s biggest music stars.

The country special will honour Big Tom, ‘The King of Irish Country’ who passed away earlier this week.

Try and keep up because there is a lot of guests to get through tonight, we counted 18 in total but that doesn’t mean that there won’t be more surprises.

Daniel O’Donnell, Nathan Carter, Susan McCann, Paddy Cole and Fr Brian D’Arcy will talk about the impact that Big Tom had on the music scene here in Ireland.

There will be performances from Ronan Keating and Lisa McHugh singing ‘When You Say Nothing At All’, Derek Ryan and Sandy Kelly will play ‘Islands in the Stream’ and Nathan Carter and Cliona Hagan will perform ‘Hurts So Good’.

There will also be appearances from Gloria, Philomena Begley, Jimmy Buckley, Declan Nerney, Mike Denver, Michael English and Robert Mizzell

The Late Late Show starts tonight on RTÉ One at 9:35pm and is not to be missed.
