Miss out on tickets to the Harry Potter event of the century? Haven’t been this disappointed since you turned 11 and didn’t receive your letter from Hogwarts?

Fret not, my fellow fanatics, for 250,000 more tickets will be released for the stage production Harry Potter And The Cursed Child next week.

Following rave reviews, the show’s producers have said more tickets will be made available from 11am on August 4.

Each performance at the Palace Theatre in London sits 300, priced at £15-£20 per ticket.

The play is a follow-up to author JK Rowling’s wildly popular Harry Potter novels, and follows Harry’s life 19 years after the events of the final book in the series, The Deathly Hallows.

The play lasts more than five hours and is presented in two parts with an interval, intended to be seen on the same day, with a matinee and evening performance – or on consecutive evenings.

Previews have been held since June of this year, with critics describing it as “out of this world” and “a theatre production of immense wonder”.

If that doesn’t get you excited, then nothing will. Book your tickets for Harry Potter And The Cursed Child on August 4 from 11am.
