Netflix Has Added This Tense Prison Thriller Starring Tom Vaughan-Lawlor

Hold on to your hats. You’re in for a bumpy ride. 

Netflix has added Maze, a 2017 prison escape thriller starring Tom Vaughan-Lawlor of Love/Hate fame and it’s  well worth taking the time to watch. 

Vaughan-Lawlor plays Larry Marley, one of the masterminds of an escape bid from the notorious Maze Prison in Co. Down in 1983 at the height of The Troubles in Northern Ireland. Directed by Stephen Burke, the movie received rave reviews upon its release last year with the Irish Times praising Vaughan-Lawlor for ‘combining raw commitment with a sneaky flexibility to give us an honest man who lies like a master.’ 

Maze also stars Barry Ward, Martin McCann and Eileen Walsh and you can check out the trailer below.
