Facebook funnyman Owen Colgan regularly entertains us with his quirky social media posts but we're actually tempted to take his latest one quite seriously. 

You will too, that is if you like pints of course, but first you'll have to get through an intense four days of squatting. 

According to Owen's obviously well-researched regime, Friday and Saturday will be spent bench pressing before washing everything down on Sunday with few tipples of your choice. 

We're gonna start first thing tomorrow.
