PICS: Definitive Proof That ‘Roddy Doyle’s Star Trek’ Is By Far The Funniest Thing On Facebook

You’ve probably noticed a trend in your Facebook scrolling recently whereby the recognisable face of Irish actor Colm Meaney is appearing more regularly. Some of you may also be wondering why he appears to be wearing a Star Trek outfit while offering up some Irish colloquialisms and singing about Jack Charlton. 

It’s all down to a genius new Facebook page called ‘Roddy’s Doyle Star Trek’ which features pics of Meaney more suited to his iconic roles in the likes of The Snapper and The Van than the role he had in the American sci-fi series from 1993 to 1999. 

We’ve been in stitches looking at these for about a week now and we thought it’s high time we shared them with you if you haven’t seen them yet.
