Roz Purcell announces international Hike Life

The Hike Life is about to go international.

Rozanna Purcell has announced plans to bring her popular hiking group The Hike Life on tour, revealing this morning that the first international trip will be overseas to mainland Europe.

Avid followers of Roz and her lifestyle blog, Natural Born Feeder, will know all about The Hike Life.

A fan of the outdoors and getting out in nature, Roz has been hiking since she was very young. Wanting to make the experience a little more social, the Tipp woman decided to invite her online friends to join her and well, the rest is history as they say.

There was huge interest in joining the well known Irish woman on her adventures, with over 400 people turning up to a hike on one occasion. Quickly learning from this Roz now caps each event, also employing the help of guides to join the group too.

And as The Hike Life grew in popularity, so too did the demand for a trip abroad.

Posting the news to Instagram, the caption reads:

“THE HIKE LIFE is going overseas. It’s been almost 2 years of hike life events – that’s madness!

I didn’t realise what I was doing when I started the hike group I just wanted to share routes & get people outside, but it’s given me so much joy… to see ye reach summits, strangers making friends & get the chance to give back to someone or a local organisation by just getting out walking (through your donations!).”

And for the big reveal…

“And now finally we are due some guaranteed good weather. Are you ready? This JULY 2-9th The Hike Life are taking on 115km & heading to do the CAMINO.

The past two years of meeting hiking lovers the Camino was always referenced as their favourite experience, so whether you have always wanted to do it or you just need some time out from life come on join the group.”

Both solo travellers and groups are welcome to register for the event but there is a capacity limit of up to 75 people and judging by the popularity of previous hikes, spaces are going to fill up in record time.
