Let’s face it.

RTÉ have some good shows that grace our telly every now and again.

With the kiddies going back to school and the cold winter season soon setting in the TV company have announced an array of new shows for their new season.

RTÉ took to Twitter this morning to give viewers a sneak peak of what’s to come.

Here are some of the shows we can’t wait to see.

1. Alison Spittle’s Culchie Club

The Irish comedian is really getting a name for herself in the female comedy scene. Alison is set to get her own show where she travels around Ireland to see what really makes a culchie, a culchie.

This is bound to be interesting.

The Westmeath star will also be in her own sitcom Nowhere Fast which will be showing on RTÉ 2 later this year.

2. Say “Yes” To The Dress

The Irish edition of the hit US show begins filming at the end of this month.

And we can’t wait.

There’s going to be tears, drama and joyful moments when Irish brides try to find their dream wedding dress with the help of Peter Kelly.

It will broadcast on RTÉ 2 later this year.

3. The Young Offenders TV Series

If you haven’t seen the hilarious Irish comedy movie, you need to. Right now

The movie was such a hit that a six-part series is being filmed at the moment. We can’t wait to see what the two Cork lads get up to next.

4. Bridget and Eamon returns for season 3

It’s all about comedy it seems this new season and we’re delighted to hear that the 3rd season of Bridget and Eamon will be on our tellies.

The 80s comedy show with Jennifer Maguire and Bernard O’Shea is bound to give you a good giggle when its going to be cold outside.

It will be the perfect thing to stay in and watch.

5. The Nathan Carter Show returns

Fans of the country singer will be delighted to hear he’s going to be back on our telly.

We can already hear the girls swooning.

6. Dancing With The Stars is renewed for another season

It’s time for us to see Irish celebrities try to put their dance moves to the test again.

It’s cringy and funny but they definitely show off some amazing dance skills by the end of it. We wonder who will be on the cards for this year.
