This is a really important message.
Blindboy Boatclub, one half of Rubber Bandits, has devoted much of his wildly successful Blindboy Podcast to tackling mental health issues.
He is a powerful advocate for mental health awareness and the latest Rubber Bandits tweet on the subject has hit home with many.
The message simply reads:
‘Being around family at Christmas can be weird for your mental health. If you’ve worked hard to become the person that you are, be aware that you can easily fall back into patterns of negative behavior that are rooted in childhood when back in your old family dynamic’
