The line-up for this week’s Late Late Show has been revealed and leading the way will be activist and writer Sinéad Burke.

Fresh from appearing on Late Night With Seth Meyers over in the States this week, Sinéad will now feature on the biggest chat show of them all. She’ll be talking to Ryan Tubridy about her working relationships with Victoria Beckham and Meghan Markle as well as how she is using her platform to help ‘create a new world where nobody is excluded’.

Childhood Castleknock resident Samantha Power will be discussing her time serving Barack Obama and her fears around Donald Trump’s chaotic Presidency. Tipperary-born entrepreneur Declan Kelly will also be on to talk about how he hopes to end global poverty with the help of a few famous faces.

As well as that, members of the Irish women’s hockey team will be appearing, no doubt still on the crest of a wave after their dramatic Olympic qualification last Sunday. Comedy fans will be glad to see The 2 Johnnies take to the couch while last year’s Toy Show singing sensation Rachel Coyne (below) will be performing live.

Finally, in a week when the nation mourns the most iconic Late Late host of all, Tubs will be remembering the legendary Gay Byrne during the show.

The Late Late Show kicks off on RTÉ One at 9.35pm on Friday night.
