Beats Design Starting To Take On The Apple Aesthetic

niallharbison

When Apple bought Beats from Dr Dre and Jimmy Lovine earlier in the year many pundits raised their eyebrows wondering what the logic was- common sense says it has more to do with music streaming and the connections the two have within the music industry but you also have to remember that Beats have one of the most well known hardware businesses going with their headphones used by celebrities and athletes all over the world.

Beats have just launched a new set of headphones (designed with Japanese firm Fragment) that are starting to look much more like Apple’s products. You wouldn’t say this is a full Apple design product just yet but it is a step closer than the cheaper plastic looking stuff Beats used to produce. The headphones will be available on Apple.com as an exclusive from Monday 8th December onwards.
