Leaked Images Of The New Google Calendar App For iPhone

Everybody who uses Gmail also uses Google Calendar and last November they announced they would be releasing their first calendar app for iPhone. And we know what it'll look like thanks to these leaked screenshots obtained by The Next Web. Just like the Android version, the iOS calendar app looks as thought it will feature Google's plush new "Material Design" language, which really emphasises layering.

It looks super-slick and a far cry from the boring design of Google Calendar. If the app ends up following similar functionality to that of the Android version, users will be able to pull appointment details on reservations, flights and even gigs straight from Gmail. No sign of when exactly it will be released to the App Store but I assume not too long considering these screen shots have appeared online!
