Unique Installation Fills Abandoned Spaces

French artist Charles Pétillon decided to fill abandoned spots with white balloons in order to get people to start looking at these spaces differently. The installation called Invasions includes abandoned buildings, burnt out cars and disused playgrounds. Charles describes the balloons as metaphors that are there to alter people's perceptions of these spaces.
