TG4’s on-air Halloween prank is becoming somewhat of a tradition, with last year’s weather stunt going viral all over the world.
The Irish broadcaster got global attention when their weather presenter was ‘struck by lightning’ and disappeared mid-broadcast on Halloween night 2016.

It seems this year the Halloween budget wouldn’t stretch as far as those fancy special effects, so they made do with a few Snapchat filters instead.
Simple but effective.
