Moana - RTE One - 6.35pm

In Ancient Polynesia, when a terrible curse incurred by the Demigod Maui reaches Moana's island, she answers the Ocean's call to seek out the Demigod (The Rock) to set things right.

Raiders of the Lost Ark - FilmFour - 9pm

In 1936, archaeologist and adventurer Indiana Jones (Harrison Ford) is hired by the U.S. government to find the Ark of the Covenant before Adolf Hitler's Nazis can obtain its awesome powers.

Ingrid Goes West - MTV - 9pm

An unhinged social media stalker (Aubrey Plaza) moves to LA and ingratiates herself into the life of an Instagram star (Elisabeth Olsen).

This Is 40 - Comedy Central - 9pm

Pete (Paul Rudd) and Debbie (Leslie Mann) are both about to turn 40, their kids hate each other, both of their businesses are failing, they're on the verge of losing their house, and their relationship is threatening to fall apart.

Funny Cow - Channel 4 - 12.10am

A comedian (Maxine Peake) uses her troubled past as material for her stand-up routine, trying to rise up through the comedy circuit by playing Northern England's working men's clubs.
