For anyone who has not seen the show before, it bills itself as a social-media based social experiment with the idea being that ‘anyone can be anyone in The Circle’. Contestants move into the same apartment building where they live for the duration of filming, but they’re never allowed to meet – communicating solely through their profiles on a specially-designed app, players can portray themselves however they choose to.
