What? Where? When? How? Why? The basics when it comes to finding out all you need to know about something and yes, we answer all of ’em below.
Here to cure our Tuesday blues, The Great Celebrity Bake Off returns to telly screens tonight. Back with another very impressive line-up of budding star bakers, this year’s selection is arguably one of the show’s best yet.
Set to welcome 20 different well-known faces inside the famous Bake Off tent, you’ll spot Nadine Coyle, Jade Thirwall, Alexandra Burke, John Bishop, Rob Beckett and James McAvoy amongst those vying for the top spot.
I think we’ve pretty much covered the what (Great Celebrity Bake Off) and the where (Bake Off tent), so how’s about the when?
Returning to Channel 4 tonight, things get underway at 8pm so make sure you have the tea brewed good and early lest you miss even a second of the action.
Organised in aid of Stand Up To Cancer – a joint national fundraising campaign from Cancer Research UK and Channel 4 – the series will run for five episodes and will see Bake Off legends Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood judge contestants on their efforts. Dream gig if you ask me.
Tonight’s ep sees Daisy Ridley, Alexandra Burke, Rob Beckett and Tom Allen roll up their sleeves to compete.
They’re gonna bake it a night to remember. Daisy Ridley, @alexandramusic, @robbeckettcomic and @tomallencomedy join us in the tent for The Great Stand Up To Cancer Bake Off tonight at 8pm on @Channel4. #GBBO pic.twitter.com/UpcpqoT9c0

As for the how – well if you don’t know how TV shows work by now then I’m not quite sure I can help you. In a nutshell, though – camera crew captures drama, production team edits footage, fast-forward a bit, et voilà… TV show.
Watch the first clip for the series here and prepare for chaos.
