Netflix has finally confirmed when we’ll be seeing season two of The Sinner back on our screens – and thankfully we won’t be waiting too long.
The hit series produced by Jessica Biel premiered in the US on August 1 but UK and Ireland fans have been kept waiting a bit longer.
Thankfully, Netflix has finally put us out of our misery and revealed that it will return on November 9.

The official synopsis reads, “Season two lures Detective Harry Ambrose (Bill Pullman) back to his hometown in rural New York to assess an unsettling and heart-wrenching crime, parents murdered by their 13-year-old son, with no apparent motive.”
“As Ambrose realises there’s nothing ordinary about the boy or where he came from, the investigation pulls him into the hidden darkness of his hometown.”
Sadly, Jessica Biel won’t be making a comeback this season but the new trailer released today more than makes up for it – it’s pretty damn creepy.
