The Beguiled is Colin Farrell’s newest movie and it looks very, very dark.
Set during the American Civil War, a wounded soldier (Farrell) stumbles upon a girls school where he is nursed back to health. But when the patient starts seducing multiple ladies of the house, he soon learns that he’s in a world of trouble…
Directed by Lost In Translation‘s Sofia Coppola, the Southern Gothic also stars Nicole Kidman, Kirsten Dunst and Elle Fanning.
We’re getting serious Misery vibes of this one, so don’t expect it to end well for poor auld Colin.
The Beguiled hits cinemas in June.
