Getting a bit bored with the current offerings on Netflix? Fear not, because July will see some truly class films and TV shows added to their Irish site.

From comedy shows to a dramatic drug flick, you’re seriously spoiled for choice when it comes to putting in a few good binging sessions next month.

Because we all know the weather is probs gonna be shite, here’s the best of what to watch:

The Standups (July 4)

A Netflix original, this new 30-minute comedy series features Nate Bargatze, Deon Cole, Fortune Feimster, Nikki Glaser, Dan Soder and Beth Stelling.

Between the six of them, they reportedly tell exactly 2,395 jokes. So you’re sure to laugh at least once.

Before I Fall (July 7)

This highly popular indie flick shows a teen girl forced to relive

day she and her friends appear to die in a car crash every day for a week.

As she tries to discover the secrets of the people closest to her, she also discovers how the power of a single day can make a difference. Much better than your average teen-drama for sure.

To The Bone (July 14)

Ellen (Lily Collins) is an unruly, 20-year-old young woman with anorexia nervosa who spent the better part of her teenage years being shepherded through various recovery programs, only to find herself several pounds lighter every time.

Determined to find a solution, her dysfunctional family agrees to send her to a group home for youths, which is led by a non-traditional doctor (Keanu Reeves) who challenges her. Sounds depressing, but it’s surprisingly funny at times.

Friends From College (July 14)

This cracker of a Netflix original show centers on a group of mates who went to Harvard together and are now facing down their forties and experiencing a range of success, or lack thereof, both professionally and domestically.

This is tipped to be the next big thing from Netflix.

Handsome Devil (July 20)

We can’t stop raving about this Irish flick in Lovin HQ.

Two boys in a Blackrock boarding school who are polar opposites, a sensitive music-lover and a rugby-obsessed top athlete become friends, but the authorities test their friendship. A heartwarming and hands down fantastic LGBT comedy-drama.

Ozark (July 21)

The Byrdes, husband and wife Marty (Jason Bateman) and Wendy, their teenage kids Charlotte, and Jonah – are for all intents and purposes an ordinary family.

Ordinary except for Marty’s job: The top money launderer for the second largest drug cartel in Mexico who is forced to move his family to the Ozarks, a middle-of-nowhere mountain range in the US.
