Ireland’s most expensive home
Harristown Demesne Co. Kildare – €25,000,000
Resting “majestically within a rich parkland”, this six-bed, three-bath Georgian estate is on 750 acres and also has five lodges and cottages on the grounds, as well as a stable block which is connected to the main house by an underground tunnel.

Ireland’s least expensive home
Main Street, Ballybay, Co. Monaghan – €30,000
This townhouse home “needs some modernization and does not benefit from having a rear garden”, but does have three bedrooms and one bathroom.
Other features of the house include “electricity and water” (greaaaat), and “some PVC and wooden windows.”
There’s a hefty difference between the two, eh…
