Warcraft – FilmFour – 6.40pm

As an Orc horde invades the planet Azeroth using a magic portal, a few human heroes and dissenting Orcs must attempt to stop the true evil behind this war. Stars Travis Fimmel, Paula Patton, Ben Foster, and Ruth Negga.

The Spy Who Loved Me – ITV4 – 8pm

James Bond (Roger Moore) investigates the hijacking of British and Russian submarines carrying nuclear warheads, with the help of a K.G.B. agent (Barbara Bach) whose lover he killed.

Sicario – Virgin Media One – 9pm

An idealistic FBI agent (Emily Blunt) is enlisted by a government task force to aid in the escalating war against drugs at the border area between the U.S. and Mexico.

David Brent: Life On The Road – RTE Two – 10pm

A camera crew catches up with David Brent (Ricky Gervais), the former star of the fictional British TV series The Office, as he now fancies himself a rock star on the road.

Hot Shots! – Comedy Central – 11pm

A parody of Top Gun in which a talented but unstable fighter pilot (Charlie Sheen) must overcome the ghosts of his father and save a mission sabotaged by greedy weapons manufacturers.

Philomena – Channel 4 – 12.05am

A world-weary political journalist (Steve Coogan) picks up the story of a woman’s (Judi Dench) search for her son, who was taken away from her decades ago after she became pregnant and was forced to live in a convent.

Mother! – FilmFour – 1.25am

A couple’s (Jennifer Lawrence and Javier Bardem) relationship is tested when uninvited guests (Ed Harris and Michelle Pfeiffer) arrive at their home, disrupting their tranquil existence.
